The host of T+E’s Gourmet Escapes writes regularly for the Globe & Mail's Life section, has made numerous television appearances as a regular guest expert on CityTV Cityline, and as a chef host on the hit series Restaurant Makeover on the Food Network. He is also co-owner and executive chef at Toronto’s coveted Mistura Restaurant offering fine contemporary Italian cuisine.
