A freelance travel writer and photographer based in Washington DC, Lily Girma has travelled and lived abroad from age one. In 2008, she left behind a law career to follow her passion. Since then, her work has appeared in various outlets, including the New York Times Magazine, Lonely Planet and the UK Guardian. Lily is currently packing her bags for Belize to begin her next dream assignment.
