(Closed) Atmosphere Operation Unplugged Contest

1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION

No purchase necessary. “Atmosphere Operation Unplugged Contest” (the “Contest”) commences 12:01 a.m. (ET) ______, 2012, and concludes 12:01 a.m. (ET) March 29, 2012 (the “Contest Period”). The contest is brought to you by TRAVEL+ESCAPE, a division of GlassBOX Television Inc. (TRAVEL+ESCAPE and GlassBOX Television Inc. and all its divisions and affiliates are collectively referred to as “T+E”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the first day of the Contest Period, excluding all residents of the province of Quebec. Notwithstanding the above, the Contest is not open to individuals associated with the Contest, including the employees, agents or representatives of TRAVEL+ESCAPE and suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this Contest (collectively, the Excluded Individuals”). This Contest is also not open to the immediate family members of the Excluded Individuals.

3. PRIZES

There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of, one (1) Atmosphere gift card valued at one thousand dollars ($1000).

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter for a chance to win a prize, visit www.travelandescape.ca during the Contest Period, complete and submit your entry by following the instructions found on the site. Only one entry per person per email address per day will be accepted during the Contest Period. The odds of winning the prize are dependant on number of entrants, and number of times entered. In the event of a dispute, entries received on-line shall be deemed to be submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the individual who is assigned to an e-mail address by an ISP or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

5. WINNER SELECTION

On March 29, 2012, (1) entrant will be randomly selected from all eligible entries as the prize winner for one (1) $1,000 Atmosphere gift card as stated in section 3. A notification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address submitted by such entrant. In order to be declared a winner by T+E, a potential winner must be in compliance with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations (“Rules”) and, in particular, the potential winner must respond to the notification e-mail by return e-mail within two (2) business days from the date the notification e-mail is sent; the potential winner must correctly answer, unaided and within a set timeframe, a mathematical skill testing question to be administered by a TRAVEL+ESCAPE employee via email and the potential winner must complete, sign and return a standard form declaration and release prepared by TRAVEL+ESCAPE prior to the acceptance of the prize.

In the event that a potential prize winner does not comply with these Rules, TRAVEL+ESCAPE reserves the right to disqualify such entrant from the Contest and randomly select further entrants from the remaining eligible entries until a winner is finally declared.

The prize winners consent to TRAVEL+ESCAPE’s use of his/her name, photograph, voice, statement, image and performance for any publicity or programming purposes, in all media, without remuneration, throughout the world in perpetuity.

6. GENERAL

The decisions of TRAVEL+ESCAPE in its sole discretion are final, and entrants agree to abide by all of the instructions and decisions of T+E. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Rules or any decision rendered by T+E, the decision of TRAVEL+ESCAPE shall prevail.

All entries become the sole property of, and are subject to verification by, T+E. Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, altered, or contains false information, is void. No correspondence will be entered into except with entrants requesting copies of the Rules or requesting names of prize winners (by e-mail or by mail for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included). TRAVEL+ESCAPE assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected data, mail, voice messages, text messages, e-mails or other communications, for any human errors or technical malfunctions, or for the security or privacy of information transmitted via wireless or other computer networks.

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with these Rules, deliberately damage any website or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of the Contest, is a violation of criminal and civil laws and TRAVEL+ESCAPE reserves the right to seek damages and/or other relief from all persons responsible for such acts to the fullest extent permitted by law and ban or disqualify such persons from this and future TRAVEL+ESCAPE contests.

TRAVEL+ESCAPE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any component of a prize for its cash value or a prize of approximately the same retail value. Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded by TRAVEL+ESCAPE and cannot be exchanged by a declared winner for cash or other substitutes. The refusal by an entrant to accept any prize releases and forever TRAVEL+ESCAPE of all obligations related to the prize including delivery.

If for any reason, in the opinion of T+E, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected by any cause, TRAVEL+ESCAPE reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, cancel, close, suspend or reinstate the Contest or the Rules at any time.

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and accept these Rules, which are subject to change without notice to Contest entrants individually by posting changes to www.travelandescape.ca, and each entrant hereby releases, and agrees to indemnify TRAVEL+ESCAPE and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents and advertising and promotional agencies, and its and their respective directors, officers and employees, from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising in any way from the entrant’s participation in the Contest or the awarding or use of any prize.

The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by TRAVEL+ESCAPE for the purpose of administering this Contest and each entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the Online Privacy Statement found at www.travelandescape.ca.
