Massimo explores Northern Ireland’s beautiful Belle Isle area and – perhaps with the luck of the Irish – finds some of the most giant-sized rhubarb plants he’s ever seen!

It’s all part of the fun as Canada’s celebrated chef cooks up a feast with Liz Moore who has on occasion, had the pleasure of cooking for the Queen of England herself! And while the Queen didn’t attend this time, Massimo and Liz have a ball in her beautiful kitchen school.
